Ask me who I am and I will tell you about my relationships with the people and places important to my core: my family, friends, community, and the Caribbean islands of my family's heritage.

I will also tell you that I'm the one who will listen to you, laugh, and cry with you. I'm the one who will tell you what you need to hear -- not what you want to hear.

My career spans senior people leadership roles across the technology, professional services and finance industries -- JPMorgan Chase, PwC, and Meta, to name a few. I've learned a lot through some tough lessons and exhilarating career opportunities. All have served to create the credible, authentic, inspirational and influential leader that I am today. 

As a servant leader, I work with professionals at all levels of their career -- from college thru C-suite executives --who are seeking to crush their business and career goals. A keynote speaker and facilitator, I share my deep expertise on leading with authenticity, company culture, employee experience, and building belonging. My end game is to inspire and invoke movement, dialogue, and change...with a little bit of humor and whole lot of style!
